The indoor log fire brings a warming ambience on colder days, whilst the large garden and patio is ideal for socialising on warmer evenings, with an ample size patio area, BBQ and outdoor seating.

Conveniently located in popular Arthurs Point, you can't get a closer location to Coronet Peak Ski field, which is only a 15-minute drive away. Arthurs Point also benefits from having a number of restaurants, hot pools and bowling alley mere minutes walk away.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire house except the garage which is owners storage. Plenty of free parking outside the garage and off street

Family friendly neighbourhood with park next door and walking tracks down to the Shotover river.

Getting Around:
The villa is conveniently located in popular Arthurs Point , just a 10 minutes drive to the centre of Queenstown, 20 minute drive from Queenstown Airport and 15 minute drive to the carpark of Coronet peak.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.
